From the land of Sauvignon, this is where the resistance is strongest – there’s plenty of acid and plenty of fruit but this is funky, modern, young, interesting – not your mum’s savvy. The 2021 batch was co-fermented with oysters – looks like this year the boys decided to eat those and just let the grapes do their thing.
