From the Two Terraces vineyard where Amy has her own dedicated rows allowing her to tend the vines through the year. 30% whole bunch this wine is fermented, pressed and aged in amphora over winter. Amy describes the wine thus, “The amphora has allowed a soft and supple expression of Syrah, a departure from my old oak barrels, but a welcome one. This is a medium bodied red with hints of violets, white pepper, bramble, blackberry and logan berries.”
