A co-ferment rosé reflecting all the varieties Kindeli grow in their organic vineyards in the Upper Moutere, Nelson. The exact proportions of the blend vary vintage to vintage – a true expression of the year. The fruit is hand harvested, then cofermented in two lots (stainless steel and amphora) to begin. It is assembled together prior to the completion of primary fermentation. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, with zero additions.
