As ever with Gower, we recommend decanting and even leaving a bottle open overnight to experiment with the development… assuming you have the self-restraint. 100% Lenswood Pinot Noir, handpicked, 100% whole bunch, wild-yeast fermentation, one month on skins, only four barrels made, 10 months in 25% new French oak, bottled in December 2017, unfiltered & unfined.
