From 100 year old vines grown in a walled vineyard immediately behind Chez. Souhaut this is the prestige cuvee from Herve Souhaut. Our allocation was one bottle when the ‘15s came earlier in the year (I kept it, sorry folks) we are now able to offer 6. Grown on schist, this is an extremely aromatic, intensely pure but deeply powerful Syrah you will want to cellar. Only 36 bottles imported.
