2016 Colere Semillon Cult Wine

We’re blown away by this stunning aged white from negoce producer Colere. Zesty acid, lemon, lime, oily richness and chalky texture. It’s a winner.

From Colere:
“20% barrel ferment, then blended back to SS tank. Settled in tank for an extended period of two years (autolysis), then transferred/racked back to neutral oak for six months to re-awaken. Bottled unfined and unfiltered. This wine comes from the certified organic Vineyard of Greenhough, Hope Valley, Nelson.”
