Saorsa is the feminine for freedom, salvation and liberty in Gaelic and these two wines are beautiful, modern expressions of Hawkes Bay wine made by an up-and-coming new winemaker. The 2015 Viognier is incredibly rich and opulent with seductive spicy, floral aromatics. It is intense and verges on being over the top but pulls it off. Lo-Fi.
